Coordination Model

HVAC Requirements To Coordinated Supply.

OBEXERA structures commercial communication between project professionals and relevant manufacturing sources. The model keeps confirmed requirements, open technical points, available documents and dispatch preparation in one traceable path.

Operating Method

Four Stages. Clear Inputs, Outputs And Responsibilities.

Each stage identifies what OBEXERA needs, what the coordination step produces and where responsibility remains with the project party, manufacturing source or logistics provider.

Stage 01

Project Intake

The available requirement is organised before a quotation path is opened.

Inputs
Product list, drawings, quantities, material requirements, application and destination details.
Output
A structured requirement summary with missing information and commercial priorities clearly identified.
Responsibility Boundary
The requesting party confirms the accuracy and completeness of project requirements and final selections.
Stage 02

Source & Technical Alignment

Relevant product sources and available technical information are aligned with the confirmed requirements.

Inputs
Requirement summary, technical questions, requested standards and source documents when available.
Output
An aligned quotation basis showing included items, open points and document availability.
Responsibility Boundary
The manufacturing source remains responsible for its product declarations and technical data; OBEXERA coordinates the exchange.
Stage 03

Order & Documentation Follow-Up

Confirmed commercial scope and agreed checkpoints are followed through one communication trail.

Inputs
Approved quotation, commercial confirmation, agreed checkpoints and requested document list.
Output
A consolidated status trail covering source updates, open actions and available project records.
Responsibility Boundary
The manufacturing source retains production and quality-control responsibility. Independent inspection applies only when separately agreed in writing.
Stage 04

Packing & Dispatch Coordination

Packing instructions and dispatch information are checked against the agreed commercial scope.

Inputs
Destination, agreed packing requirements, shipment plan and required dispatch documents.
Output
A coordinated packing and dispatch file with available records and handover information.
Responsibility Boundary
Carriers and logistics providers remain responsible for transport execution; OBEXERA coordinates the agreed information flow.
